The Schenck Service+ App is a web-based and global ticket system that helps you send your request to the right contact person from the Schenck RoTec Helpdesk in the fastest way possible.
Do you have an emergency, need technical support, plan or have questions about your service call? Do you want to order spare parts or further improve the availability and thus the efficiency of your balancing technology?
Then use our global helpdesk ticket system of the Service+ app in the future.

All you need is a smartphone, tablet or your office computer, Internet access and you can contact our service via the portal. After a one-time registration, you manage many service topics related to your balancing machines in this direct way - 24h ,location-independent, fast and easy.
