Application area
Cardano was specifically designed for balancing of medium and heavy duty drive shafts typically found in commercial vehicles. The main challenge was to combine a wide range of different types of drive shafts with small production batches.
 
Cardano is used in manufacturing one- and two-piece drive shafts. Change-over from one type to another is easily done within a minimum of time.
 
Unbalance compensation is achieved by means of manually operated weld guns. Ergonomic features like pneumatically enforced movements make it easy-to-handle.
