SCHENCK - Your leading partner in balancing e-drives. Worldwide

Visit us at the Coil Winding 2019 in Berlin: 21.- 23. Mai, eMobility Halle 3.1, Stand C 16

Coil Winding is the annual industry meeting for everyone involved in the development and manufacture of electric drives. At our booth in the E-Mobility Hall, we will not only showcase the proven Pasio 50sc, but also the eTENO, our solution for fully automatic balancing of e-drives. Both machines are “IoT ready” and help to continuously improve the production process thanks to intelligent data-supported analyses. This increases system availability and reduces downtimes.

Whether an e-drive or a conventional rotor: anything that rotates needs to run with as little vibration as possible. This is true for prototypes as well as series products. For more than 135 years, we have been supporting our customers in this process. We advise our customers holistically and support them with interdisciplinary expertise at every stage of their development - from conception and design to production planning and series production.

The highlight for demanding series production is our eTENO:

  • Optimum utilisation through fully automated balancing of complete electric anchors weighing up to 50 kg.
  • Maximum flexibility thanks to modular design and a large selection of different storage and correction types.
  • Optimum performance through innovative machine design with short cycle times

Ideal balancing of prototypes, pilot series and small series: the Pasio 50sc with its amagnetic drive makes it possible for you to perfectly balance magnetic rotors as well.

Come to our booth and learn more about the future of balancing! We look forward to your visit and to exchanging our views with you.
